General Booking Conditions

Remember that by booking on our page you are already accepting the Terms and Conditions stated below, and consequently you are expected to respect these rules.


Once the client makes the reservation through our website, entering the personal data and the card data, he will receive an email with the confirmation of the reservation, the payment conditions, the cancellation policy that applies (depending on his choice in the reservation) and the day before arrival you will be sent the necessary information to make the "check-in" and access the apartment, if you need this information in advance, the client must contact us._cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

All the rates of the houses for tourist use include VAT at the current rate of application and service.

It is required that there be at least one person over the age of 18 per reservation.

When the client makes a reservation through, the rates that are seen in the search results are the total application rates. In the event of any unforeseen change or problem with the reservation, we will automatically contact the client for approval/instructions, before finalizing a change in it.



The client will pay 100% of the total amount of the stay as a down payment, either by credit/debit card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer. Promotional reservations have their own conditions.

Once this is done, your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail. You can use your card in the reservation process for tourist-use homes and as a guarantee of a deposit in the event that you do not want to deposit the deposit in cash.

In any case, the reservation will always be paid in full before the client's arrival at the establishment. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your card prior to entry.




If the client wishes to change the dates of their reservation, they must communicate in writing by email. Modifications are not accepted by phone. In the event that there is availability on other dates, the change will be made, if the rate is higher, the client will have to pay the difference. If there is no availability on the new dates chosen by the client and he decides to cancel the reservation, the cancellation conditions would be applied depending on the price structure that the client has chosen when booking.


The cancellation policy may vary depending on the price structure that the client chooses.

All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via email. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.

Promotional reservations have a different cancellation policy.

If the client voluntarily interrupts his stay, he will not have the right to claim any amount. THE remaining amount of the remaining nights WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. “NO SHOW”. If the client does not show up at the tourist property on the expected date of arrival, without prior cancellation within the indicated period, El Patio de Toledo reserves the right to charge 100% of the stay.



You can modify or cancel the reservation up to 5 days before the arrival date without making charges by the accommodation, after that period El Patio de Toledo will charge 100% of the stay. The modification of the reservation is subject to the availability of the houses.

Promotional reservations have their own conditions:

In the case of tariff Non-refundable, If the client cancels the reservation, the accommodation will charge 100% of the stay. 

The rest ofpromotional ratesThey are not refundable in the case of cancellation, nor do they admit modification. Unless otherwise stated.


The houses for tourist use do not have a reception, so the guest will be sent 3 days before arrival, the guide and all the necessary indications for access to the apartment. If you need this information in advance, please contact us. 

The house for tourist use will be available from 3:00 p.m. If for any reason you arrive before this time, please notify El Patio de Toledo and we will try to receive you in advance whenever possible.

Keep in mind that you will not be able to access the apartment until 3:00 p.m. but you can leave your luggage in the building and return later.

We will provide you with a contact telephone number to solve any problem or doubt you may have.


The time of departure and delivery of keys is strictly before 12:00.

In the event that you want to leave later, check availability at least 48 hours in advance and as long as there is availability, you can stay in the apartment after paying the rate according to the time of departure. Otherwise, you can leave your luggage in the building (not in the accommodation) with prior notice.

When leaving the accommodation, they must leave the key, leave doors and windows closed and lights, air conditioning or heating off.

Before departure there will be a review of the apartment.



The client must notify El Patio de Toledo of the total number of people who will occupy the accommodation, which will determine the type and rate of the stay. Therefore, only these people will be able to use it, the maximum allowed in each property cannot be exceeded (consult this information in the tab of the chosen tourist home), except in the case of children under 3 years of age.

The client will provide his full name, identification number, telephone number and email when making the reservation. El Patio de Toledo reserves the right to request the same information about the other occupants if necessary. Children under 3 years old stay free, as long as they do not exceed the maximum number of guests in the accommodation.

Companion animals and pets are not allowed in the apartments.


Reservations of 2 or more apartments or 5 or more guests of an apartment will be considered a group. This type of reservation may entail different conditions and additional supplements in the deposit. The El Patio de Toledo team will contact you when the reservation is made to inform you of the special conditions.

Groups of bachelor parties or similar are not accepted.


In all reservations of the groups indicated in the previous section, the accommodation may be requested to pay a minimum deposit of 150 EUR per apartment to cover possible damages. This deposit will be refunded once the condition of the apartment has been verified.


Smoking is not allowed in any of the houses for tourist use, in case of detecting during the exit that the client has smoked, a fine of €90 would be applied. You can smoke outside the building or occasionally in the central courtyard (properly disposing of cigarette remains or similar, leaving any type of waste on the plants or patio floor is prohibited).

At the time any infringement of the previously mentioned obligations is committed, El Patio de Toledo, under its own criteria, will have the right to request the client to leave the property for tourist use and the client will not have the right to claim any type of compensation. .



The apartments are delivered clean and equipped with bed linen, one hand towel per bathroom and one shower towel per guest depending on the number of places reserved.

During the stay you have extraordinary cleaning services available on request and have a cost of €25 during the week or €35 on weekends. Notify the accommodation at least 24 hours in advance. You can hire an extra change of bed and bath linen.

At the end of the stay, the client is obliged to leave the residence for tourist use in a reasonable state: if possible, take out the garbage the night before, leave the kitchen without food remains and clean utensils. Otherwise, the cost of an additional cleaning (€30.00) will be charged.



Loud music and parties are totally prohibited.

When making a reservation for a home for tourist use, you should know that if there is any type of scandal or loud music is played and the neighbors complain and/or call the police, this type of event can lead to an eviction. immediately regardless of the time of day or night.

Rest hours are from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. We appreciate your understanding and collaboration on this issue and we hope you understand that these rules are necessary for a coexistence based on respect.

We expect civic, correct and common sense behavior from you and from all the people who accompany you. If any of the guests does not behave appropriately and responsibly, El Patio de Toledo reserves the right to ask the client and their companions to leave the apartment, without the right to future claims or any type of compensation. This will result in the loss of the remaining rent and the refundable security deposit.



El Patio de Toledo is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may occur as a result of the use or misuse that the client has made of the tourist home, including, without limitation, damages, injuries, losses or losses due to theft, fire or criminal activity.

In the event that during the client's stay in the apartment there is a fault unrelated to misuse by the client and makes their stay in it impossible, El Patio de Toledo will take care of fixing it as soon as possible, prior notification from the client's. If for some reason the problem cannot be fixed, the client will look for another apartment with the same characteristics.

In the event of any infringement of the previously mentioned obligations, El Patio de Toledo, at its own discretion, will have the right to ask the client to leave the apartment.
